Superior Home Products, a Wentzville based manufacturer / distributor of cultured marble bath products, custom mirrors, shower enclosures & closet shelving since 1984, is seeking a motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable full time Customer Service/Sales Assistant. The position is a full-time position with day shift hours.
Primary responsibilities for the ideal candidate include:
Sales support to dedicated sale staff and their set account customer base
Answer incoming calls, monitor order status and initiate calls to schedule delivery and installation
Analyze daily schedules and confirm or revise dates as needed
Maintain work schedules according to dictated published schedules from Builders
Coordinate collection of COD shipments as needed
Other various office support tasks
The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Detail oriented, energetic and independent worker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills
Professional and courteous
Customer service experience
